"We, 50 men, 50 women, 70 children Guarani-Kaiowá (Brazil) present here our situation face the final deportation order by the Federal Justice. File No. 00000 32-87. 2012.4.03.6006 from 29/09/2012. We were warned that we would be attacked and expelled of the banks of the river Hovy where we live now by Justice Federal Navirai. Thus, it is clear that even the action of Justice of Brazil generates and increases violence against us, violating our rights to survive on our ancestral lands, Hovy's river banks. Clearly, the decision of the Federal Justice is part of the historic genocide of indigenous peoples. We proclaim to the Government and the Federal Justice we lost the hope to survive with dignity and without violence here and we no longer believe in their justice. Whom will we denounce the genocide practiced against us? to those who feed it?!
We evaluated our situation and have concluded that we will all die soon, we have not and will not have the opportunity to live with dignity, as on the shore of Hovy, as far from our ancestral land. We camped 50 meters from the river and four of us have been killed, 2 by suicide, 2 under torture by two armed men in the service of big landowners. We live on these shores for over a year without protection, isolated and surrounded by these killers, we only eat once a day, all that we have suffered to regain our land in the center of which is the cemetery of our ancestors and relatives, fathers, grandmothers ... We resisted so far but now we all decided not to go away and die. We will want to be killed and buried here. We have already suffered so much, we die at a rapid pace. We will not leave. We decided to be killed here, collectively. We ask once and for all to the Federal Justice to declare our total extermination, to send tractors to dig a grave and bury us together. We have no other option, this is the last unanimous decision we Guarani."
