Who had make a petition against the silence about rapes or sexual assaults. She says she was raped a long time ago, as the others. I was not raped but sexually assaulted when I was 16 years old... and have spoken only 30 years after. Why very few victims never talk about it ever? Because everybody makes you silent! Sometimes they even try to minimize, they do not believe, even if you have marks ["Are you sure of what you're saying?" .. "It is not so dramatic" or (it was not the case for me) they look at you as if you were crazy, this is acceptable, but not your rape.] By your "sacrifice", you wear all the weight of family cohesion, respect social of the group THEREFORE OF ALL including yourself. More than the gesture, it is this silence that weighs, making you an accomplice to your own rape. Silence means you consent. You are strong and even if nothing appears, all your emotional life will be devasted. This is sometimes transmitted to your children. And if after 20 years or more!! you dare to talk, here's what happens sometimes.* Are you always surprised that we remain silent?


*I received a letter of insults in response [from only one woman, but who assured to write for her husband and her -it was a lie but I have believed it] which accused me of "sowing discord" and to be a bitter bitch, frustrated because, I quote : I've "never known love, the 'true' love, like them"... and so on. But the woman who had written me this letter was not a real member of my family, only the wife of one of us, was probably an incest victim in her own family (!) and devasted by a "syndrom of Stockholm", a character who hated a priori every victims, and was in complete solidarity with, not only his, but all the offenders or rapers. Awful, insn'it? This is why, mostly, we don't speak.. AND THIS IS WHY WE HAVE TO SPEAK !

Amazing article from a "extreme right" teacher of history addressed to Houria Bouteldja, from the movement "The natives of the Republic" about the word she created "SOUSCHIENS" ...("chien" means "dog" in french and also "tree stump", and "sous" means "under", so it is a pun considered as an insult by some "french-french".. (most of them are racists against any "french" -born elsewhere-, for instance caribans, black, arabers) which prosecuted her in a trial (she won) charged for racism.. against french.

Racist violence mask the systemic violence. It is the economic dimension of the system, which breaks the traditional productive fabric to make more and more profit, to produce low-cost all unuseless or toxic products that will be buyed by all those who are deprived of their pride, their work and their tool, but will consume nevertheless by bank credit, and sometimes suicide when they can't pay back.  Sincerely .. MY POSITION
 
"The natives of the Republic" a political movement that seems interesting, driven by intellectuals (it is not a criticism) French (originated elsewhere, it is true) but completely "parisian" (this is a criticism) : for example when they defend the burqa  (sorry, they just oppose to the law that prohibited it, that is exactly the same) .. they do not identify what it means for women in some countries forcing them to wear it  (cf my blog "solidarity Aliaa Elmadhy, under the veil, the stones")... and are unable or unwilling to side, to fight with the oppressed, the true oppressed (link with "Sakineh" Women of Iran) risking their life if they refuse to wear a veil or burka, or for nothing, just because they are women... I don't speak here of little "oppressed" as in the case of intellectuals born in France, french or frenchspeaking, cultivate. [In any case it is not their skin that women risk in France if they wear a veil. No common measure.] Women in some countries if they refuse it (or for nothing) are killed, sometimes by stonning, and those who claim to reject a law that forbid it because it is a "colonialist" one claim just the difference between privileged (a little) and martyrs (much). As traitors.

This evokes opposition towards the African Caribbean (Fanon -a french black writter- call them "white niggers") who exaggerate the most questionable aspects of the white culture they have adopted with such a fervor than they despite their africans brothers as "barbarians" ... and, discovering afterwards with some resentment, that they are nevertheless in the eyes of white, "Negro-all the same" , try to "recover" their "African" roots, turning at 180 ° to a culture that is no more their .. (but yet a little) with all the "traditions" questionable, to say the least (excision-link-, slavery etc...) .. with the same fervor.

This movment of pendulum which swing from 180 ° is the fact of all "uprooted" and we are all, more or less, uprooted. This is called "acculturation" and is the oposite of MIXED culture which SELECTS in every one what is good BY ITSELF and not according to a political commitment hightly suspect or after discover a humiliating cuckoldry when they are exclude in spite of all their efforts. We are all victims of excluding, most to least: people of South of France (link about racism against "natives" -us, me- from neo colonizers who plunder our common land to make money) rednecks from any region... by some businesmen or overall the Parisian cultural centralism : we have lost part of OUR culture, OUR traditions (including farmers technical, yet essential to survive in a poor country) because of a colonization (link with "Roque path") that had stolen our land illegally. But we have not acquired, not completely, urban culture from Paris. And when some of us try to recover his ancient culture that is no longer entirely his ... but that is still his a little! it happens that some of us prefer (almost by provocation would say) that is more questionable in its, like intolerance, self closure (typical of the "south", that was historically interesting.. in wartime only! see the Camisards, resistance against german nazis...) but can become stupid racism against those who are not at 100% "from" here. ("Parisien dog's head" as it is said...) As me for instance because my farther is parisian, so I am a "wog", a "meteque", not a "pure-blood" !

Caterpillar Corporation stops shipment of armored bulldozers to Israeli military

Peace activists around the world are celebrating Friday's announcement that the Illinois-based company, Caterpillar, has decided to hold off shipment of dozens of armored bulldozers to the Israeli military while a trial about the killing of Rachel Corrie is ongoing in Israel.

Rachel Corrie was run down by a Caterpillar D9 armored bulldozer in 2003 while trying to prevent the demolition of a Palestinian doctor's home in Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip. Her parents launched an unsuccessful lawsuit against Caterpillar Corporation in the US for their role in her death. Now, they are pursuing a lawsuit in Israel against the Israeli military and the soldiers involved in her death.

Sydney Levy with Jewish Voice for Peace, one of the organizations that have been pushing for Caterpillar to divest from its contracts with the Israeli military, wrote on Friday, “We take this as an indirect admission by the company that these bulldozers are being used to violate human rights and to violate the law. The Corrie story is sadly just one of thousands of stories of loss and pain. A suspension of the sale of bulldozers is what we have been asking Caterpillar for over seven years now. “

He added, “Caterpillar's irresponsible behavior comes with a heavy price tag. In the last ten years, at least 11,795 homes have been demolished. These statistics, gruesome as they are, cannot do justice to the pain of so many families, to their razed livelihoods and their shattered dreams.”

Caterpillar itself has not made any statement apart from the notice of suspension of the sale. But activists are claiming a victory in their campaign against Caterpillar, and noting that this is the first time that Caterpillar has taken any action regarding the issue.

About Aurore Martin, the youg french activist of "Batasuna" sent in jail in Spain by France! a shame !

In July 2011, the deputy Francois Hollande (left) asked Claude Gueant to "release the hair" to Aurore Martin. What he did. In April 2012, she enrolled at an employment center, in September she gets a gray card for her car in her name and on October 18 made a request for RSA (social aids). All is OK. 

October 27, Manuel Valls was an official visit to Spain. There, he chatted with his colleague… of cooking recipe of paella (he barely spoke about his refusal of "administrative structure Basque" in France)... who asked him nothing at all, except the recipe for cassoulet. Thursday, November 1, Aurore Martin was randomly (!) arrested by chance on the road. The gendarmes extradited her in Spain without warning Manuel who is their chief. Morality: bravo meetings of ministers to exchange cooking recipes, it is us we pay! and the troops are not lead! Theophrastus R. (Auroriste Martinian recently).

PS. Do you knew you, about the new law which can send you in foreign prisons? If Valls continues to spend his time on cooking.org instead of ensuring the protection of his nationals in the sanctuary of the motherland?

"ERASMUS" VERSION PRISON BARS ?

Joking aside, what is this damn law slipped like a scorpion in your pant, like "prison without borders" which can send many brave people (as "Erasmus" does for deserving students) to cultivate on jail in Spain or elsewhere if foreigner decided that participate to a particular meeting was illegal? Zaniness. Question: how long after and under what conditions an "illegal" offense -formerly- [such as "reconstitution "league dissolved" mmm?"] can send send you in jail? Even if that 'league' is without interest because the power had change… the "offense" yesterday becoming hard welcomed the day after? [3 months of prison for some friends who had just distributed leaflets in 72!! *]

What is the expiry date of a law and its violation? For yogurt, you know, it's written on the jars, one time, it's "the regeneration of your cells," and another one, it's poison, but for the laws, we do not know. Governments change, for the best that we believes, fools that we are, the laws or dictates remain (!? §) and in the case of Aurore Martin, worse in the way they are applied. An idea: a meeting with ETA, appeal to the masses and T shirt also claiming to be extradited?

The sacrificed

Question. When an act prohibited by an hard power, then replaced by another more "liberal" democratically elected (with the help of those who took risks), would it not be fair, not only to no longer consider these activists as offenders - it goes without saying!!!- but symbolically compensate for those who often have paid hardly for their commitment, by one way (jail) or another ? This is never done. So, there is people who continue [socially for example, by a career overburden] to "pay" while those who have prudently waited to see the tide turn advantageously occupy positions which they would have been entitled to the others without "interruptions" (prison for instance) always bad perceived by adminstrations ... the example of the teacher who was sentenced to two years in prison (cooperation in political activities in a fascist country -where habeas corpus is no longer what it had been since Jean landless-) who has had his pension of retirement amputated by these 2 years considered as ... "hollidays for personal reasons" (!)
